The Founder
Humadyn (Huma-dyne) specializes in the areas of professional development and human/workplace dynamics. We provide a range of services known as "soft" or people skills. Further--again with focus on people--we offer services to help companies deal with a host of human and workplace dynamics
My current path was unveiled during and after a long journey. I’ve simply answered the call; to help others.
Amidst the chapters of my life, there emerged a defining moment; a realization that ignited a path to my true purpose. It was the instance when I understood that my journey was destined to empower others, nurturing their growth through the refinement of essential self-awareness and soft skills. This revelation became the foundation of my unwavering commitment.
Two decades as an Army brat, followed by two decades of service in the US Air Force, infused my life with discipline, leadership, and significant insights into human dynamics. I learned how to read and understand people, discerning their needs and intentions. These global experiences underscored the universal importance of adaptable skills.

Yet, a profound shift occurred when I transitioned from military service.
It was shocking and difficult understanding what it takes to succeed in the private sector; business development, human behavior, etc. It is so different. So I embarked on a long and hard journey to understand it all, and to merge not only my global experience, but my experience and insight that came from advising senior commanders and executives on military human and organizational dynamics
Then, under the guidance of the esteemed Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, an icon in leadership coaching, I delved deeper into the transformative potential of coaching, facilitation, and human dynamics. This mentorship from him and many others nurtured my innate capacity to guide individuals and organizations on a journey of growth, unlocking their ability to communicate, collaborate, lead, and flourish.
The Gap Between Two worlds
The pinnacle of this incredible evolution took shape in "The Gap Between Two Worlds," a book I penned that explores the intricacies of change and transition. Endorsements from luminaries like Marshall Goldsmith, Brian Tracy, and Nido Qubein echo my commitment to sharing insights that empower individuals and professionals to navigate change; to learn, grow, and succeed.
